Job Description and Qualifications

 

McNally Capital is currently seeking MBA graduates or other professionals with a minimum of 7-10 years of prior investment banking experience or more than 10 years of other meaningful finance or accounting experience.  In addition, candidates for this senior position must have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong client development and management skills

  • Proven self-starter who can work without daily direction

Job requirements will include, among others:

  • Leadership of small and large group meetings
  • Deal lead roles in the transaction execution process from conception to closing
  • Marketing and plan engagements across various sectors
  • Guiding and coordinating business due diligence
  • Building relationships and maintaining direct contact with current and prospective clients
  • Devising and executing new business development strategies
  • Coordinating and catering to the needs of ultra-high net worth clientele
