Matt Weckel is Vice President of Portfolio Operations – Product Experience, Design & Marketing at McNally Capital. He brings over 15 years of experience at the intersection of product strategy, design, and storytelling, with a track record of building and scaling innovative companies and experiences.

Before joining McNally, Matt founded two companies—Neon Wild, an AI-powered entertainment platform backed by Comcast and leading Silicon Valley investors, and a successful agentic AI venture that helped small businesses and solopreneurs grow with intelligent, automated partners.

Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Matt was VP of Product and Design at Fast Radius, where he led digital transformation in advanced manufacturing. He also served as Director of Digital Product Experience at Magic Leap, shaping the identity and platform of one of the most ambitious XR companies of the last decade.

Matt began his career as an award-winning filmmaker and commercial director before transitioning into the wild world of technology. Over the years, he’s partnered with iconic brands including DreamWorks, HBO, AT&T, NBCUniversal, Google, and YouTube.

A born-and-bred Brooklyn kid, Matt now lives in the great state of New Jersey with his wife Jennifer and their two sons, Joey and Marcello.
