Connor Joyce is an Associate at McNally Capital, where he focuses on evaluating and executing direct private equity investments and supporting portfolio companies.

Prior to joining McNally Capital, Connor was an Analyst at Lincoln International, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, equity financings, and capital raises across the industrials sector. Connor initially began his career at the Renewable Energy Group, supporting the Business Development & Corporate Finance team, where he focused on evaluating strategic investments and large-scale projects.

Connor holds a BA in both Finance and Accounting with honors from the University of Iowa.

Connor enjoys spending his free time at home or traveling with his fiancée, Lauren.
