Nicole M. Henderson joined McNally Capital in 2023 as Head of Fundraising and Investor Relations. She is focused on developing and strengthening the firm’s relationships with institutional investors, drawing on nearly 15 years of experience working for and on behalf of alternative investment funds.
Prior to joining McNally, she was a member of the North American sales practice at the Far Hills Group, representing an array of investment strategies. Previously, she served as Vice President of Private Credit Business Development at Annaly Capital Management, where she was responsible for institutional fundraising for a U.S. middle market direct lending strategy. Prior to Annaly, she held business development and investor relations roles at Gramercy Funds Management. She began her career as a Research Associate at the Far Hills Group.
Nicole received her BS in Business from Wake Forest University with a minor in Spanish. She is a longtime resident of New York City, an avid racquet sports player, and passionate world traveler.
